A boy was chained on the middle of the pedestrian and left behind by his dad. his purpose was to auction his boy to the highest bidder but later he confessed to the police he just wanted someone to pick up the boy and raise him because the dad has no money,home and anything... well this is so nice. fucking nice ass. and guess which country its happening in?
