In a need of a pair of new jeans

I gotta admit that I always buy jeans once a year except in 2008, i accidentally bought 2 pairs in a row. lol seriously, I need one in black colour, skinny please because my blacky jeans is just too old to wear, the colour fades away and it looks like a white pants now. lol Don't really know what brand should I buy, open to suggestion, please tell me! or just email me! Under $140 please.
