Twitter gone mad

I lost half of my followers on twitter! in just a few mins? damn it. is it a broken database or what? can't believe it. mayday mayday for twitter team out there, come on man keep it up the good work, they are such a good program but dont be such a cheap other website that would go down after many people sign up cause couldn't handle the busy network!
